Carnival Announce New Balcony Staterooms
Carnival Cruise Lines have announced that they will be adding balconies to a number of cabins on three of their cruise ships during the next three months. Staterooms on Carnival Triumph, Destiny and Liberty will be fitted with private balconies, which will create forty-eight additional 230 sq. ft. verandah staterooms on these cruise ships. Two new deluxe penthouse suites, measuring at 750 sq. ft will be added to Carnival Liberty. The new balcony staterooms will have on offer an array of in-cabin facilities such as the Carnival Comfort Bed sleep system and soft terrycloth robes for guests. The deluxe penthouse suites on Carnival Liberty will have an expansive living area, separate bedroom, two full bathrooms and can host up five people. "Balcony staterooms continue to be in great demand – in fact, they’re often the first cabin category to sell out," said Ruben Rodriguez, Carnival’s executive vice president of marketing and guest experience. "Therefore, we are pleased to incorporate additional balcony staterooms on Carnival Destiny, Carnival Triumph and Carnival Liberty, which will offer guests their own private, relaxing venue for viewing magnificent ocean vistas and scenery." The new staterooms went on sale last week. |
